William Vento

Originating from the city of Los Angeles, California, William's real estate journey began during his childhood years in South Florida. Guided by the influence of his grandfather's involvement in rental properties, he cultivated a deep-seated passion for the industry. William launched his professional career in sales and construction management at Premier Design Homes, a pivotal role that contributed to the company's prestigious recognition as one of the Top 200 Builders in the US by Builder Magazine.

With a rich background in construction, William has overseen and managed over 4,000 projects spanning the state of Florida. Among his noteworthy accomplishments is the construction of Imperial Lake, a thriving community nestled in Miami Dade County. In the year 2000, he joined forces with Carlos Tosca to establish Comfort Villas, achieving remarkable success in the venture. Subsequently, William's expertise led him to assume the role of head of construction at Palmcorp, where his invaluable contributions have been instrumental in the company's sustained success.

Stepping out of Palmcorp, William now co-leads Virus Builders, bringing his wealth of experience and vision to a new chapter in the dynamic world of real estate development.
