Virtus Builders LLC represents a prominent builder and developer in the South Florida region. Virtus emerges as the evolution of the Palmcorp Development Group, with Carlos Tosca, one of the founding members, and William Vento, the head of construction; assuming pivotal roles as partners in this new venture. Our aim is to build upon the substantial achievements of Palmcorp and elevate Virtus into an even more successful and accomplished company.
